Tooling, tufting and inspection in one building.
Brush handles, ferrules and bristle packs are produced and assembled on site, which is what lets a specification survive from the approved sample to the last carton. Finished units are checked for bristle retention, ferrule fit, colour consistency and pack-out before release.

Six steps from enquiry to shipment.
The sequence below is the same for a 100-set private label run and a multi-line production order.
Enquiry
Share the product, quantity and target market. We answer with feasibility and the specification we would work to.
Sampling
Sample brushes are built in the requested fibre, ferrule and handle finish for physical approval.
Specification lock
Hair grade, handle dimensions, colour references and packaging are fixed in writing before tooling starts.
Production
Runs are scheduled across ten or more lines, with the same tooling used for the approved sample.
Inspection
Finished units are checked for bristle retention, ferrule fit, colour consistency and pack-out.
Shipment
Cartons are packed to the agreed specification and released against the confirmed shipping terms.
