During customizing makeup brushes, the most important thing for makeup brush manufacturers is to know customers’ detailed requirements. And the best situation is that customers can offer physical samples, which can avoid misunderstanding and can greatly reduce communication period before production.

 

 

The following is our normal working process if customers offer physical samples of makeup brushes:

1) After getting physical samples, and known the order quantity, we will send customers exact quotation.

2) If our quotation is ok for customers, and customers want to place orders, we will send a proforma invoice for customers’ prepayment. Our payment terms is 50% prepayment and 50% before shipment.

3) After getting prepayment, we will order material, and then produce pre-production samples for customers’ approval. Only after getting approval, we will start mass production;

4) When the production is almost finished, customers pay the balance payment, and we will send makeup brushes.

5) For shipment, if customers have Chinese forwarder in Shanghai, we need to know their contact information and arrange pickup from us; if customers need us to arrange all related shipping issues for them, we will ship via our own forwarder and customers pay the shipping charge together with the balance payment.
