Dutch lifestyle store HEMA arrives in the UK this summer with three stores and an online shop, meaning it is now represented in seven European cities.
The London store opened at Victoria Place, Buckingham Palace Road on 12 June 2014, with further stores in Bromley and Kingston to follow shortly, as well as an online shop in the autumn.
The stores offer well-designed quality lifestyle items at affordable prices, and are organised into beauty, eat, study, children, living, cook and sleep sections.
The dedicated own-label beauty offering comprises a wide range of skin care, cosmetics, bath and body, hair care, fragrance and beauty tools, with products including Chalky Eye Shader (£3.50), High Pigmented Eye Shadow Palette (£11) and Long Lasting Nail Polish (£2.50). A HEMA Beauty store already exists in Paris, having opened in September 2013.
