LOreal selects Siemens Teamcenter software for packaging dev

LOréal has chosen Siemens Teamcenter software to help optimise its packaging development processes, reduce time to market, and improve product innovation and quality.

Teamcenter, developed by Siemens PLM software business unit, is the worlds most widely used product lifecycle management (PLM) system, will be deployed globally as LOréals corporate product data management system and will be used by everyone involved in the companys product development processes.

"Teamcenter was selected because of the PLM portfolios breadth, adaptability to the LOréal Processes and Data Model requirements and user-friendly interface, and because of the knowledge demonstrated by Siemens PLM Software during the selection phase. Naturally, Siemens itself is a large and stable company with a reputation for innovation. This also gives us a lot of confidence in their ability to execute."
