TRI-K Industries (Galaxy Surfactants Group) has announced its acquisition of Surfactants International along with its division of Surety Laboratories, from Actives International.
The move is expected to strengthen Galaxys US presence through an expanded product portfolio, and will also create a new business division within TRI-K: Performance Products Division, through which the company will offer Galaxys product lines together with SIs surfactants, blends, preservatives and biocides.
