Stölzle Glass Group, a manufacturer of high-end packaging glass, has announced the acquisition of Verreries de Masnières SAS and Bormioli Rocco Valorisation SAS from Bormioli Rocco Group SpA. Both sites are situated in the north of France, and the acquired production plant and decoration facility will be fully integrated into the Stölzle Glass Group, which is headquartered in Austria.
The move brings Stölzle Glass Groups tally of European production sites to five: in Austria, France, England, Czech Republic and Poland, with respective back-up capabilities.
