LOréal USA is setting up its new global corporate headquarters in New York’s new Hudson Yards area, said to be the largest private development ever undertaken in the city.
The company has leased an initial 402,000sqft for its new US headquarters in the Gold South Tower, situated in the centre of Hudson Yards. The building was designed by architects Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and is expected to stand 895 feet tall once completed. The cosmetics giant will join luxury accessories maker Coach and German software company SAP as the first tenants in the building.
