Making Cosmetics, which was held recently at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, has released attendance figures showing that 48% more people attended this year as compared with 2012. The number of exhibitors at the show also increased.
Show organiser Bob Kyte commented: “The visitors at Making Cosmetics mirrored the increase in exhibitor and seminar content from 2012-2013. Accordingly there was a 48% increase in attendance – from 627 in 2012 to 930 this year. Exhibitor numbers also rose from 60 last year to 74 this year.
"It was also clear that the Making Cosmetics seminars were popular and as this is the case, and they are a key element in attracting visitors, it is intended that they will be enhanced but not increased for 2014. This will be achieved within the framework of engineering specific and exclusive exhibition-only time.”
