Cosnova Beauty, which owns the German cosmetics brands Catrice and Essence, has announced that it has broken its €200m sales threshold for the first time.
In the past year it has achieved net sales of €212.1m, an increase of 28% on the previous year. This has been the largest absolute growth since the company was founded in 2001.
Javier Gonzáles, Managing Director and owner of Cosnova Beauty commented: “Sales an earnings have increased strongly and we have gained market share. Our international sales in particular have grown significantly with its share of total revenues exceeding the 50% mark for the first time.”
