Sozio Descollonges, the French company specialising in fragrance development, has acquired Grasse-based Sentaromatique, which specialises in organic, natural and Ecocert fragrances.
Through the acquisition, Sozio Descollonges believes the company will be able to expand its service offerings in the global fragrance market and build upon its existing growth strategy; Sozio Descollonges has seen 25% annual growth for the past five years.
The company also believes the acquisition will help with its development prospects by integrating organic and Ecocert fragrance development, and renewing its presence with current and prospective core clients.
