Zschimmer & Schwarz enters partnership with Salvona

Zschimmer & Schwarz Chemie GmbH, the German-based developer of high performance chemical auxiliaries, has entered a strategic partnership with Salvona Technologies LLC, the developer of encapsulation and delivery systems, in a move that aims to strengthen the position and service expertise of both parties.

As part of the partnership, Zschimmer & Schwarz acquired part of Salvona’s shares and Salvona will now become the official representative of Zschimmer & Schwarz specialty products for skin and hair care in the US.

Dr Martin Haberl and Dietmar Clausen from Zchimmer & Schwarz explain that the partnership is “in line with the growth strategy of Zchimmer & Schwarz and its desire to diversify and expand its reach”, while Dr Sam Shefer, ceo of Salvona, says that “the strategic partnership will allow the company to expand its market and activities with the benefit of Zchimmer & Schwarz’s worldwide sales network.”
