Daniel Galvin Limited has launched trademark infringement and passing off proceedings against Medichem International (Manufacturing) Limited and Mr Tom Allsworth, its managing director, following the companys move to market a range of hair care products under the names Daniel Galvin Junior, the DGJ logo and King of Colour without Daniel Galvin Limiteds consent.
Daniel Galvin Limited did not comment on the legal proceedings but indicated that the company would not tolerate unauthorised use of its trade marks.
