Brussels-based Cosfibel Group, a packaging and merchandising company on the luxury consumer goods market, has acquired Solvpack, a luxury coffrets specialist located in Paris.
Solvpack, chaired by Jean-Pierre Giraud, is well known for its promotional and gift packaging in the cosmetics, and wine and spirits sectors. Through the Cosfibel Premium-Solvpack partnership, the company aims to turnover €60m in 2012.
