Private equity firm Lindsay Goldberg has acquired Plasticum Group, the Netherlands-based packaging manufacturer for caps and closures. The Competition Authorities have approved the acquisition but no terms of the deal have been disclosed. Plasticum Group has 300 employees and had a turnover of €61m in 2011.
