If customers want to cancel order

Not all business will have a happy ending. As a professional makeup brush factory, since we have reach agreement with customers, we will certainly fulfill the contract even if the order makes a loss to us. But some customers may cancel orders due to the following reasons:1) It is known that our payment terms is 50% deposit and 50% before shipment, and we will firstly make samples for customers’ confirmation before mass production. Sometimes, customers confirmed samples and paid deposit, however, after a certain period, they believe that the makeup brushes are not what they really like, so they want to cancel the order.2) Some customers did not do enough research on their local market before custom makeup brushes, and they finally find that the makeup brushes can not sell well at their location, so they want to cancel the order;3) Some customers really want the makeup brushes they have ordered, and the brushes are also popular in their location, it is totally a problem to sell them at local market. However, to play tricks and reduce the cost, they require canceling the order. But the makeup brushes have been finished by the brush manufacturer, so after cancelling the order, the customer will ask somebody in china to source such brushes in our location with very low price. To clear such useless brushes, some makeup brush manufacturers has to sell the brushes with extremely low price. Therefore, the customer can get brushes with much lower cost than before.While requiring cancelling the order, some customers require full refund of they deposit, it is really unreasonable! No matter why customers cancel the order, it is not our responsibility; and according to international legal, deposit is not refundable. After getting deposit, we order material and prepare production, some customers cancel the order nearly before shipment, it is really a great loss for us, and we can not sell the brushes to others since the brushes have been printed customer’s logo. We have suffered a lot during such order cancelling, if deposit is also refundable, every customer can randomly cancel the order, then who protect the benefit of suppliers and manufacturers?We really hope each cooperation can have a happy ending, so we always offer our best price. We hope customers and suppliers can understand each other and do the business sincerely.
