Elizabeth Arden reports positive Q4 results

Elizabeth Arden has reported net sales of $265.5m for Q4, an increase of 4.6% as compared to the fourth quarter of the prior fiscal year. And excluding the unfavourable impact of foreign currency translation, net sales increased by 8%.

In other news for the year ended June 2012 Elizabeth Arden also reported net sales of $1.23bn, an increase of 5.3%.

E.Scott Beattie, chairman and ceo of Elizabeth Arden commented: “This was an important year for our company as we reported another year of solid earnings growth and margin expansion while significantly advancing our key initiatives. For fiscal 2013 we expect strong sales growth and another year of improved operating performance.”
