For the second consecutive year, British manufacturer SLG Beauty and Debenhams have teamed up to produce the cosmetic lines Designers at Debenhams.
To create the collections, SLG has collaborated with fashion designers Betty Jackson, Julien MacDonald, and Sadie Frost and Jemima French from fashion label Frost French. Representing the key traits of each stylist, the cosmetic ranges tie in with their autumn/winter collections on sale at Debenhams. The Betty Jackson line features three nail ranges, a lip gloss set, eye palette and bronzer with prices ranging from £8 to £15. Julien MacDonald’s Star features animal prints and energetic shades priced £6 to £20; Floozie is inpired to the 50s and offers lip balms and mini nail varnishes from £8 to £18. SLG has also created its fourth range for the Red Herring brand for Debenhams, featuring bath and body products among the rest. “We’re very proud of the ranges, which cater for a wide target audience,” said Miles Dunkley, managing director of SLG Beauty, “and we are delighted to be working with Debenhams again this year. Our design and manufacturing specialisation is the fusion of fashion and beauty and so the Designers at Debenhams brief keys into this.”
