Peter Harf, president of the US perfumery group Coty, has confirmed that the company is getting ready for a market listing. Speaking to the Financial Times Deutschland, Mr Harf said the Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan Chase have been engaged to manage the operation. Coty, which is owned by a European family, is currently valued at over $7bn.
