Alexandra Kole is named as CEO of Olehenriksen of Denmark, L

Ms. Kole joined Sephora Americas in 2008, holding the role of Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, with responsibility for company strategy and geographic expansion. In this position, Kole led the acquisition of OLEHENRIKSEN for LVMH, the parent of Sephora, and has been serving as its interim CEO since early 2011. In her new role, she will continue to report to David Suliteanu, President and CEO of Sephora Americas.

Prior to Sephora, Kole spent 10 years managing consumer online businesses in the US and overseas for Microsoft. She was previously a consultant for McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company. She holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
