"In Oktober, Florena will be presenting a range of care products for men with new product formulas and modern packaging, which has not only been optically improved but also optimised as far as ecological factors are concerned," announced Beiersdorf. "With its reworked care line, Florena offers everything men require for a well-groomed appearance and a smooth skin – easy to use and effective with the power of nature."
In compliance with the Florena nature guidelines, 85 – 95 percent of the ingredients in the four product lines Comfort, Sensitive, Energy and Anti-age originate from nature. They are free of silicone, mineral oils and artificial colouring agents as well as PEGs * (*exception: shaving foams, gels and creams).

The trend of using herbal ingredients in cosmetics has long since reached the men’s domain. They value sustainability and want simple, but effective skin care that does not irritate the skin or harm the environment, according to Ariane Grundmann, head of marketing, who explains the concept behind the products. “In the company laboratory in Hamburg, new ways for skin care using natural ingredients are being constantly looked for.
