End consumers are the determining factor for "Victoires de la Beauté". Almost 4,500 persons tested cosmetic products submitted by numerous international companies in the run-up to the award. These are tests referred to as "blind tests", i.e. the testers are not aware of the brand, producer or the country of origin. In order to obtain objective results, these were scientifically supported and evaluated over the course of several weeks.
