LVMH Moët Hennessy, the world’s leading luxury products group, has completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in NUDE Skincare, the luxury, performance skincare brand. NUDE’s current shareholders will retain a 30% equity ownership in NUDE Brands Ltd. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
NUDE is a pioneering biocompatible luxury skincare line using high performance bioavailable ingredients that deliver exceptional skincare results. NUDE’s recently launched Advanced Cellular Renewal Serum and the cult Cleansing Facial Oil have set the brand as a benchmark for performance in the natural skincare arena. Ali Hewson and Bryan Meehan founded the brand in 2006.
