Kneipp France, a subsidary of German Kneipp Group, takes over 100% of French natural cosmetics manufacturer Pierre Cattier. Dietmar Salein, General Manager of Kneipp Group, and Daniel Aressy, Owner of Pierre Cattier, signed the contract.

Kneipp France and Pierre Cattier, including all locations and employees, will merge to one company and operate under the name Pierre Cattier, then. Pierre Cattier, located in Bondoufle, South of Paris, manufatures and distributes certified natural/organic cosmetics. With around 45 employees the company reports a turnover of € 9 million. The company Pierre Cattier was founded 1968 by Pierre Cattier and 1987 acquired by Daniel Aressy,

Kneipp Group, located in Würzburg, Germany, employs 350 persons and is a wholly owned by PAUL HARTMANN AG, Heidenheim.
