Today, our inspector came to me angrily; she showed me the sponge applicators returned from one customer. I was surprised by the deformity sponge applicators.All the sponge applicators are melt together, it is hard to separate them by hand, and the handles are also melt. The inspector was very angry about such sponge applicators are returned to us.Obviously, it is not our quality problem, because our working condition is not so hot, in fact not hot at all. So, it should be the customer’s problem. But they returned the products and required replacements.I believe no makeup brush manufacturer can accept such returns, if it is really our quality problem; we will certainly replace them, however, if the problem is caused at customer side, it is unreasonable for us to afford such lost.Therefore, we should claim that: if you would like to return our makeup brushes or sponge applicators, please firstly contact us and let us know the reason, also send us the defects pictures, we will check and advise if returns are acceptable; if we confirm the returns, we will send you an RMA# for track, only after you get the RMA#, you can return the makeup brushes or sponge applicators, after getting your returns, we will send you the replacements ASAP.
