Due to the different requirements on makeup brush quality and grade, during custom makeup brushes, some of our customers may require tensile test on the makeup brushes.As a makeup brush manufacturer, we can do the tensile test for customers; however, we can not do it by ourselves but should send our makeup brushes into special institute for test, so it will generate certain cost.For sponge applicator, the tensile test is to test the pull force between sponges and handles, and between ferrule and handle. For pull force between sponge and handle should no less than 0.5 lbs, and the ferrule and handle should no less than 2.5 lbs.For lip brush, the tensile test is to test the pull force between bristle and handle, and between ferrule and handle. For pull force between bristle and handle should no less than 2.5 lbs, and the ferrule and handle should no less than 3.0 lbs.Generally our quotation is just EXW price, not including any special requirement or test, so our quotation does not include the fee of tensile test.If customers want to do the tensile test, please firstly contact us for quotation.
