A makeup brush has three parts: hair, ferrule and handle.As Toney Makeup Brushes Co., Ltd is a makeup brush manufacturer, we do not have our molding factory, so we need to open mould at the molding factories. These molding suppliers have cooperated with us on makeup brush handles for more than ten years; they always offer good quality and low price handles.If customers requrie plastic handles, we will additionally charge for the plastic molds, as the molding fee for plastic handles are very expensive, we can not afford such cost by ourselves or share the cost into each brush, so it is better to individually list the molding cost for customers reference. If customers think our molding fee is too expensive, customers can develop the mold at other factory, and then send the mold to us, we only manufacture the plastic handles.If customers require metal or wooden handles, we will not additionanlly charge for the molds.Till now, we have had hundreds of handle molds, if customer prefers the existing handles, there will no longer to open new mold.While if customers prefer custom makeup brush handles,we will contact the mold factory after confirming customer requirements, then start opening mould.After getting the handles, we will assembly some makeup brush samples for customer confirmation. Only after getting customer approval, we can start the makeup brushes production.
